1. How long does it take to process an order?

3. How to check the logistics of the order?

After shipment, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number. You can check the latest logistics status through the courier official website or our website "My Order" page.


4. Can I return the goods if I am not satisfied after receiving them?

Yes! You can apply for a return within 25 days after receiving the goods. The goods must be kept unworn, unwashed, with intact tags and packaging.


5. Do I need to bear the shipping cost for returns?

If it is due to quality problems or wrong goods, we will bear the return shipping cost; if it is not a quality problem, the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.


6. How to apply for a return or exchange?

7. What if the size is not suitable?

We support exchange service. You can choose to exchange during the return process. The first exchange shipping fee will be borne by us.

9. Can the delivery address be changed?
