1. Return Conditions


The product must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with intact tags and packaging


Apply for a return within 25 days of receiving the product


Products that do not support returns include promotional items and gifts (except for non-quality issues)


2. Exchange Conditions


Exchange products must meet the return conditions


Please apply for an exchange within 25 days of receiving the product


Exchanges are limited to the same style with different sizes or colors. If you need to change to other styles, please return the product first and place a new order


3. Return and Exchange Process


Contact customer service email: service@canmuting.com, explain the reason for the return or exchange, and provide the order number and product photos (if any)


After customer service confirms, you will get the return and exchange address and specific operation instructions


Send the product back as required. It is recommended to use a trackable courier and keep the logistics voucher

After we receive the product and confirm that it is correct, we will process a refund or exchange for you as soon as possible


4. Shipping fee description


For returns and exchanges due to product quality issues or wrong goods, all shipping costs are borne by us


For returns not due to quality issues, the buyer shall bear the shipping costs


We shall bear the exchange shipping costs once, and the buyer shall bear the subsequent exchange shipping costs


5. Refund description


The refund will be returned to your payment account within 5 working days after confirming that the product is intact
