1. Free Shipping Instructions

All orders, regardless of the amount, enjoy free standard shipping services, covering most parts of the world.

2. Delivery Time

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days (holidays are postponed).

Standard delivery time is about 6-15 working days.

3. Modify the delivery address

Please contact customer service as soon as possible to modify the delivery address before the order is shipped.

Once the order is sent, the address cannot be changed. If you need to change it, please refuse to accept the package first, and place a new order after it is returned.

Please make sure to fill in the address accurately and completely to avoid affecting delivery.

4. Return and Exchange Instructions

Worry-free returns and exchanges are supported within 25 days from the date of receipt. The product must be kept in new condition and the tag is intact.

5. Logistics Tracking

After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number and can check the status of the package at any time.
